SHIPPING:

Joint Vibration partners with many international companies to be able to offer clients competitive prices for our exclusive products. Shipping from these companies can possibly result in your order taking about 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. The processing of orders is within 2-5 business days prior to shipment.

Due to factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to give exact shipping dates.

For your reference, our suppliers provide us with tracking numbers along with your orders; and we are glad to assist with your shipping status. 

We ship from many different factories all around the world. So, please don't be surprised if items are shipped separately if you order more than one item.

HOLIDAY SHOPPING:

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the holiday. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Order processing time takes 2-5 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up to 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the item you purchased and where the shipment is being delivered. For further inquiries, you can email us at infor@jointvibraion.com to check on the status of your item. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Chinese New Year, Hannuka and other major holidays).

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS?

In most cases, this is because our customers have accidentally entered an incorrect email. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders CANNOT be canceled after a confirmation email has been sent to the customer. 

IT'S BEEN OVER 7+ WEEKS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?

If you still haven't received your order within the timeframe given above, please email us at info@jointvibration.com. 

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE MY OTHER ITEMS?

We ship from all over the world thus, some items might arrive earlier than others. Items may be shipped seperately.

WHAT IS JOINT VIBRATION’s RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention should be informed to us no longer than 3 days. Make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. 

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid mistakes by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation email.

I WANT OVERNIGHT SHIPPING, DO YOU OFFER THIS?

At this time, we do not ship overnight.

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER AND I WOULD LIKE EXPEDITED SHIPPING. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through PayPal.

WHY WAS MY CARD DECLINED?

Your bank/credit card company will be able to let you know why your card has been declined.

I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT AN ITEM IS MISSING, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

Please email us info@jointvibration.com and we will investigate and alleviate the problem as soon as possible.
